Molly Rogers [ resume ]
Molly is a Costume Designer and Stylist who has worked in New York City since 1984 with Patricia Field. She began her costume career in Las Vegas, counting showgirl headpieces for Pat on Michael Mann's TV show "Crime Story". Since then, Molly has accumulated an impressive list of film credits including both "Sex and the City" features (as Assistant / Co-Costume Designer), "The Devil Wears Prada" (as Associate Costume Designer), and "Confessions of a Shopaholic" (as Associate Costume Designer). Her television experience includes HBO's "Sex and the City" (sharing the Co-Costume Designer credit with Patricia Field), and ABC's "Ugly Betty" and "Dirty Sexy Money" (as Associate Costume Designer).
Molly has been nominated six times for an Emmy for Outstanding Costumes, with one win for Season Three of "Sex and the City". She's been referred to fondly by Pat Field as "intelligent, creative, professional, positive, funny and entertaining." Being in a dressing room with Meryl Streep and collaborating on "The Devil Wears Prada", which earned an Oscar nomination for Best Costume Design, has been her most exciting achievement to date.
Recently, Molly has been styling ad campaigns for companies such as Payless, Vidal Sassoon, and Maybelline as well as consulting on television shows for the CW network and Next TV/Taiwan. She resides in both New York City and Miami Beach, Florida.
